A Sunderland based dance company has won an award just three years after it was first launched.
Sunderland Dance Community Interest Company won the title of Best Social Enterprise at the 2010 Women into Network awards.
The group who promote health life choices and promote fitness and wellbeing are looking at ways to expanded their business through out the North East as well as promoting their Love Your Body DVD.
